The experience I had at this dealership was amazing in a very positive way. I contacted them via internet asking about a specific car and I received a return email within 30 minutes, and a phone call follo very positive way. Via phone, I discussed what my interest -- what type of car and when I arrived the next day, everything was ready and we moved through the various models quickly. When we test drove the cars, and I say cars, because we tried out a few, it became obvious what the right model was that we wanted. We looked at the numbers and was given a very good offer, no haggling and no hard sell. They were really interested in what was best for our circumstances. While we closed the deal that day, there were a few things that had to be installed that we had purchased (VW CC) so we left the car there for the installation. Now here is the really good part. The next business day when I called to see if the car was ready, I was told there was an issue with the installation and they could not sell me that car, but would upgrade us to the CC LUX at no charge and would bring the car to my house where I could sign the papers there, take delivery, and be done. This was amazing customer service -- something to cherish. Hutch called me multiple times to insure I completely understood the trade we were making and the additional options I would receive. He did some additional checking at my request and came back with all the right answers. We signed the papers in my kitchen and we were good to go. Hutch went out of his way to be considerate of us in everyway -- and never was a hard sell. He is a very special salesman and clearly not one of the typical car salesmen that everyone fears. I would buy a car from him any day of the year as he would not try to sell me something that would not work. In summary, Hutch worked hard to find the right fit, worked hard with there was a problem to resolve it quickly, and left me with a better deal than I had originally. More

Although I changed my mind several times on color schemes and model, Rik managed to stay the course, unruffled, and came through with the brown J VW. I ended up at Pacific VW after throughly researching what car I wanted, the Golf 4 Door TDI with manual transmission. I had used an auto search company recommended by my credit union, price was much higher, car I wanted, the Golf 4 Door TDI with manual transmission. I had used an auto search company recommended by my credit union, price was much higher, they could not get exactly what I wanted and tried to sell me additional options I had no interest in. A friend connected us with Pacific and I was put in touch with George Dunbar. He found exactly what I wanted, less one option that I wasn't set on, and gave me a very good price in comparison to the other company and what I was able to find online. Once I made my final decision and had my financing ready, I called George and he had everything ready and waiting within a couple of days. When I arrived at the dealership the car was out front ready and waiting for my test drive. George spent a fair amount of time with me going over all the features of the car which I appreciated. Afterwards the paperwork and formalities took a reasonable amount of time and I was on my way with my new car. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and easy to deal with. No hard up-selling of things I had no interest in. Overall a very good experience. Next step will be my first service in 90 days, even though the dealership is not close to my home, I will be taking the car back there for the first service, if the experience is good, I will most likely make the extra drive for the follow up service. The first person who started my case wasn't terribly experienced (in my view)then Nancy took over and she was terrific, very efficient and helpful with financing. I originally wanted to lease the Golf but she convinced me that the Jetta was a much better deal. She was right. I do love the car. More
