Then months ago they replace two tires for me and they noticed some rot on my spare tire below my truck bed, which was also a brand new tire no longer than a month-and-a-half old. They lost my tire and rim, sat there for 6 hours for them to tell me they lost it and then come back, this happened a couple times now we are about to be October I have still not received my spare with the new tire I had to go out of town for a couple months they could have called whenever I called they said we will get back to you, never answer text messages or responding to my calls so now I do not go to them, this may sound like a stupid reason but it took a lot of time out of my life over one rim and tire to keep coming there for it to not be there when I was told to come in those days. Was the most blessed grateful customer ever appreciated everybody in that building, they are all great workers except for the fact they messed this up big-time ruined a lot of my time that I cannot get back, also never ever got any of their special deals, like putting Nitro in the tires when they never were supposed to mention it to you as an option, I've said that to him never happen. I did not want to post this but I want my tire on my rim back please become great again and do what was promised, and what is owed to me, and you probably have no idea how many hours of my time you have wasted having me come in leave come back leave come back, enough of me babbling On and On This Is the End thank you and I hope everyone has great holidays More

Pacifico Ford is an Unethical Company Unethical Company. Pacifico Ford quoted 3.6 APR on the purchase of a car when I contacted them in advance, then changed it to 4.8% while I was in deal Unethical Company. Pacifico Ford quoted 3.6 APR on the purchase of a car when I contacted them in advance, then changed it to 4.8% while I was in dealership to buy the car. Bank of America loan quote is 3.6% APR. Pacifica added 1% point interest rate on top of the loan, without disclosing it. When Bank of America approved the same loan amount to me directly, Pacifico point-blank refuse to cancel the originating loan. Furthermore, their finance person yelled, and bullied, refusing to allow me to even speak. Make sure you ask them what the APR rate they are being quoted by the bank, and request to see it, before signing anything. Derek More
