I’m up in NE Philly, so Pacifico isn’t exactly around the corner. But it was well worth the drive. Their internet and phone reps were very helpful and that’s what got me to head down that way. I found the dealership to be top notch with a large selection. And laid back low pressure sales staff was pleasant to deal with. Great experience

Chapman Ford Chrysler Jeep Ram of Horsham had provided - ericdaubert

Chapman Ford Chrysler Jeep Ram of Horsham had provided great service to us in the past and this time was no different! Our Sales representative, A.J. Is very friendly and helpful, and he was able to direct us to the perfect vehicle to suit our needs. We were pleased with the time he took during our test drive and to explain the vehicle’s special features. We were also satisfied with the signing process and the explanation of the various warranty and protection options available to us. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience purchasing our new vehicle!

Took my 2016 Mustang in for two recall inspections. - brucehowell2

Took my 2016 Mustang in for two recall inspections. Found neither recall item needed correction or repair. Sent a video of the inspection. Quick and easy. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was I asked for an estimate on cleaning or replacement of the “puddle” projector lights built into the door mirrors. The quote for repair/replacement was around $850(!) Seriously Ford? Forget about it.

I just leased a 2025 mustang Mach E from Winner. - PaulL

I just leased a 2025 mustang Mach E from Winner. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and willing to work with me as far as reaching a fair deal for both. I’ve purchased a few cars in the past, and was waiting for the “up-sell” extra services etc. were presented, but I did not feel pressured. I would definitely return for my next purchase!

Worst Buying Experience Ever! - Michael Hart

Worst Buying Experience Ever!!! Vehicle was filthy and wasn't even taken through the shop for a thorough inspection. I spent two hours waiting for these guys to get my deal closed and even after walking around the vehicle with the sales guy.......he never once offered to have the vehicle taken to the wash bay or recon department. Nothing. Of course after the sale, they offered to send me a little something to help with the cost of having the vehicle cleaned up. A $25.00 freakin' gift card! I purchased an extended warranty but decided to cancel it after two months. I hounded these SOBs for two straight weeks to get that warranty canceled to no avail. I ended up canceling it myself. Poor customer relations, poor communications and very poor follow-up with regards to my concerns. Arrogance, entitlement and laziness to be in full supply at Bean's of Exton. Never, ever again!

Dominick at the West Chester, PA location was very helpful from start to finish of dropping off my vehicle for service to pricing out new tire options and explaining everything thoroughly.
