Worst service team ever Came here for a service - appt scheduled for 10am. When i pulled into the garage i sat there for a few and wasn’t even greeted. Got out of the car you Came here for a service - appt scheduled for 10am. When i pulled into the garage i sat there for a few and wasn’t even greeted. Got out of the car young kid is sitting behind the desk- i asked him “are you supposed to check me in?” He said yea and pulled a clipboard to take my info -he acted as if I was Bothering him, didn’t even get up! strike 1 in my book. 1230 my car was never even pulled back. No service manager even touched it. I go to the desk and ask for a status and I’m told everybody is out to lunch! My car is less than a year old and I even pay for the extra warranty coverage that the dealership offers. My car needed a service and some recalls checked. I purchased my car from here less than a year ago and I’m already have problems with it. It makes this weird shaking thing when parked, the AC does not get cold and it’s a bunch of recalls. The service is horrible. I sat There for 3 hours and not 1 person even acknowledged me! I’m beyond irritated and this will be the last car I ever Buy from this dealer... to make matters worst I was Still asked to come back another day to get my ac looked at!!! He was incredibly patient with me and answered every question I had, dumb or not. I was very thankful for this, especially with me being as confused as I was with no prior experience with buying cars. After picking my car, Bernard Jones made the final paperwork as quick and painless as he could. I walked out with an amazing new car at a great, affordable price.
