I ended up at Pacifico Ford because I had found a car online that I liked there and made an appointment. Upon entering I immediately felt welcomed. All the staff members were extremely courteous & my salesperson was available immediately. The car I had come to look at was not what I had expected but Martin wasn’t discouraged so we went back to the drawing board and found a car that I liked. We took for a test drive and I know it was the one - which began what should have been the grueling process, although it wasn’t. The energy in Pacifico is high and fun, they had a bbq going for Memorial Day and everyone seems to really enjoy working there. I can’t say enough about how great Martin was. He made the time not seem so long and in the lulls of waiting for things he helped us with the extra things like changing the insurance and setting up the features in the car. He was so friendly and easy to spend that much time with. Once we got to the finance portion of the day (another part I was dreading) Darryl was so great! We had a really nice time chatting while we figure out the specifics and i signs my name over and over again. He really worked with me in figuring out the best payment plan. Neither Martin or Darryl felt like salespeople and I never felt pressured or pushed to spend money. The service department was closed due to the holiday so we had to come back in a couple days for assistance on keyless entry and everyone remembered us and Martin was sure to get it taken care of quickly. I highly recommend Pacifico Ford, I couldn’t be happier with my experience, also they offer a lot of extra things for their clients such as free oil changes and things. I am so happy with my purchase! More
