Excellent Service From a Great Salesman I am so thankful that I walked into Pacifico Ford at the time that I did because Charles Freeman was a Godsend. As a single female going through the car buying process alone, I was completely at ease and accommodated throughout my entire time there. Every time I had a concern or question, Charles made sure that it addressed or answered. While writing this review I contemplated on giving an overall rating of 4 stars, based upon my interaction with Dave (Manager) in regards to the trade in value of my old car. As I sat and thought about it, I would hate to let that one bad apple overshadow the hard work and effort that Charles put in to make sure I was happy and the helpfulness of Chad, Gina, and the gentleman who explained the warranty packages to me (cannot remember his name).
