Great Experience When I arrived at Pacifico, my intentions were to only look and price a few vehicles to buy in the near future. But with the help of Mr. Earl Hill I m When I arrived at Pacifico, my intentions were to only look and price a few vehicles to buy in the near future. But with the help of Mr. Earl Hill I moved right into the drivers seat and took one home. If most car salesmen were like Mr. Hill the dealership would need more staff to keep up with their business. Mr. Hill didnt play games, he was very knowledgable, answered every question without a hesitation and even gave me the best car for my buck. Mr. Hill even checked in with my fiancee and I to make sure we got home safe because we were out of state. How awesome is that? Thank u very much Mr. Earl Hill for all your help and we love the car. Pleasant and Friendly Staff Randy was very helpful and knowledgable with helping buy a new Ford Edge. He was not pushy and thoroughly explained how to use the Sync and the other Randy was very helpful and knowledgable with helping buy a new Ford Edge. He was not pushy and thoroughly explained how to use the Sync and the other features of my new car. His understanding of the features and how to use them made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Gina was helpful and again, not pushy with the financing end. It was definitely a better experience than I've had in the past as I did not feel I was being "bamboozled" by feral car salesmen.
