Problem not solved Truck has 290 mi on it.There is a 3 second delay shifting into drive. Ford says they can't fix it because they allow 5 seconds. When I pull out the driveway I don't have the luxury to wait 3-5 seconds for my NEW truck to shift into drive. I am a sitting duck. Very disappointed More

He had me in and out in a matter of minutes. He told me my car would take 2 days which was fine considering I know how long these things take. Surprisingly I recieved a call from him at 5pm that same day telling me it was ready to be picked up. When I got there my car was pulled out in minutes. Very friendly environment. I would recommend this place to anybody! Great job!!! And it drives great! I am very pleased! More
