I bought my vehicle in for its every three month or so oil change and other minor work and was able to get my vehicle taken care of without having to schedule an appointment for some time down the line. The wait time was just about the usual of the other times I have bought in my current vehicle and one I purchased from Pacifico before that. Mr. Knox was very knowledgeable. He even took the time to explain what work was done and told me what vehicle items were up to date and didn't need fixing. He was also very cordial and made sure I was satisfied from the time I dropped off my vehicle till it was ready and I was at the cashier window. More

There aren't enough stars on this rating to accurately capture how far and above Jorge is from the other sales people I endured during my quest. Jorge was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and worked for the sale while not being high pressure. He was a real pleasure to work with and has changed my perception of the entire car buying process. He made me feel comfortable, was a good listener, and really new his features and benefits. So well that after hearing him talk about Pacifico Engine For Life so many times I could probably sell you a car! Bottom line....good guy to do business with... Holly McCaffrey in Service was another pleasure to work with. She provided top block customer service and had your best interests in mind during the servicing of my truck. Coming from suburbia NJ I was initially very intimidated by this dealership; the drive in isn't exactly scenic. Wow did my perception change! What an amazing experience and really not like anything I had experienced before at other dealers. Everyone on the property was insanely helpful. I was stopped 4 times in the parking lot while dropping off my car for service asking me if they could help me with directions, carry my baby seat, and more. I felt like I was staying at a 5 star hotel! Well played Jorge, Holly, and Pacifico! I will be back! More

Problem not solved Truck has 290 mi on it.There is a 3 second delay shifting into drive. Ford says they can't fix it because they allow 5 seconds. When I pull out the driveway I don't have the luxury to wait 3-5 seconds for my NEW truck to shift into drive. I am a sitting duck. Very disappointed More
