I originally chose Pacifico due to name recognition. I priced a vehicle via TrueCar. When I got to the dealership the salesman (Jorge Agosta) said they would honor that price but the car I selected had no priced a vehicle via TrueCar. When I got to the dealership the salesman (Jorge Agosta) said they would honor that price but the car I selected had no options in it. I decided to go to the SE model and get the options I wanted. 2 Days after bringing the car home I noticed the Satellite radio was not present. I emailed the dealership to let them know that I thought I was getting Satellite radio but it wasn't installed. The next day I received a call from Larry Ferrill saying he would look into it and call me back. When he called back he said they had sent me the sticker and Satellite wasn't listed. I explained that I thought that the sticker was for the TrueCar vehicle and didn't bother to look at it. He said he would check it out and call me back. A couple of hours later he called and told me that due to the confusion I could bring the car back the next day and get a new car with Satellite in it! I have never heard of customer service like that. Jorge Agosta was great to work with and everything he said he would do he did. I would not hesitate to send friends and family to Jorge to buy a new car. More
