Chad did a great job selling the Ford Brand and the Specific vehicle (escape). I feel that we were able to cut through a lot of the xx that is associated with most auto sales. Needless to say this dealership is one to remember. I drove all the way from Brooklyn to buy a used Ford Escape. Rocky was wonderful and worked things out swiftly to make sure we had a smooth transaction. My 5 year old came along for the ride - and sitting around for paperwork to be processed is not the most amazing and fun thing for any 5 year old - nevertheless he was totally in awe of Rocky and after we drove back to Brooklyn in our new (used) car he said: "We gotta go back to visit Rocky!" I am not even sure I said, "Hello" before I rambled on about my personal situation. I will never forget his kind face and response. He said, "No problem." And he proceded to explain that he would take my information to the finance manager and see what kind of vehicle I could get. Honestly, I immediately felt a sense of relief. Mr. Staley was kind and patient throughout the whole process....especially when my father showed up! Without skipping a beat, Mr. Staley explained everything...again...to my father. In closing, I would like to say I am more than pleased with my vehicle. Mr. Staley is, in my book, the best salesman.
