As with all my experiences at Pacifico todays was exceptional. From the moment of making appointment online to the actual service all involved performed there jobs outstandingly. My overall experience with Ford Pacifico was truly an awesome experience!!! The individuals from the receptionist to my salesperson Bert Rendell, Louis, & Mike and finally Michael in Finance. They all demonstrated what I deemed as being a unified working team - "Family Team"; they treat one another like family! This is the type of customer service and atmosphere I wish was received across ALL industries. However this doesn't seem to be the case in our society today. I have to give an extra shout out to Mr. Bert Rendel is truly a genuinely AWESOME person. More importantly is clearly an asset to Ford Pacifico. More
Overall the experience went well. Mike did a great job of explaining to us the details of the vehicle and what to expect. It came off as though he knew a lot about the vehicle we were buying and that was ni explaining to us the details of the vehicle and what to expect. Other dealership s gave a lot of "I can check" or "I'm not sure" which came off as a disinterest in our business. I purchased my wrangler here in 2008 as well and it has been great so there is already a certain level of comfort. More
When we arrived in the dealership after driving quite a distance, we were greeted by Louis who was very friendly. He was very easy going, not pushy and he showed us the car we had come to see. We were unfamiliar with the area, but he made the test drive simple so that we could really drive the car by avoiding the traffic areas. We were purchasing the car based on the fact that our car was going to be deemed a total loss, however we were not sure. Louis worked with us along with John so that we were able to drive the car home that day. The convenience that afforded us was great. We did not have to return to the area once we were told that our car was indeed a loss. Louis, himself, drove up to our area and brought all the paperwork necessary to make the deal. More
Tyrell Nolan was very nice and non aggressive. He knew what my budget and limitations were and he worked very hard to find me a car to fit within my budget. First time buying a new car. My friend, and I both bought a 2012 ford from Mike Henkin. However, my story starts before we went to Pacifico Ford. My friend and I went to Robin Ford. Granted, we arrived at Robin Ford only 20 minutes before they closed. The sales rep. never even offered us to sit in the vehicle. We had done some research and knew a few things about rebates, discounts, etc.. The sales rep never offered us any of the rebates or discounts. The gentlemen helping us (or lack there of) was very short with his answers. Gave deep sighs if we changed our minds about an option. He even took the print out of the vehicel with the options out of my friends hands and crumbled it, then through it in the trash. We left and never returned. We called Pacifico and requested someone with patients, and could handle 2 people whom have never bought a new car before. Also making sure that they could handle all the questions we had. Thats when we met Mike Henkin. He was funny, knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and made us feel relaxed. Kind of like we were family. Mike knew everything we asked, offered us all the rebates that we knew were available, and we didnt have to ask. Mike's whole demeanor was relaxed, and that made me feel comfortable. I never felt , with Mike, that he was selling me a car. It was more like he was finding me a deal. We laughed a lot that day, and at one point we were even invited to a BBQ with him and his family.
