He is communicative, responsive, and pays attention to detail. He goes above and beyond what is required. When my car came in for emergency service, he made sure to clean the car for me before I arrived, just to make sure I was happy. This kind of customer service is sorely lacking in today's world. The work that was completed was thorough and done timely. I will never bring my car to any mechanic other than Paul, should he choose to stay in this profession. He has a customer for life. More

Finally I got a man named Paul in the service dept who had someone who went above and beyond to make things right. His name is Mike Tamburrino. He was an GODSEND. He promised he would make things right, and that's EXACTLY what he did. I can not say how happy I am that my issue is FINALLY resolved. More
