I took my car to Pacifico Ford because my check engine light was on. Matt from service took care of me. He stayed in contact with me the whole time. As many times I went to Pacifico Ford for service, this was the best experience. Matt was friendly and knowledgeable. He even walked me to the cashier when I was done. I was very satisfied with the service today.

"Scheduling service"

I was unable to schedule a safety recall appointment due to unresponsive personnel. My calls were dropped, not returned when I was told to expect a call back and when answered the person I was trying to talk to knew nothing and was unable even to schedule an appointment. My family has taken our Fords here for years but no more.

TERRY MADE A PHONE CALL AND SENT ME TO QUICK LANE TO SEE JAMES WILLIAMS. EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED AND DONE IN LESS THAN A HOUR. EXCELLENT AND JOB WELL DONE.
