"Always a Great Experience "

I came in to have my Chevy Equinox serviced on December 28 after having the heat stop working that morning. James was great he kept me informed of the progress and made me aware of the problem. Being that it was the start of a hoiliday weekend I didn’t think it could be fixed but he got it done! Thanks James great job as always!!

"Impeccable Service Experience - Bob Rauh"

The battery in my vehicle unexpectedly failed just before Christmas. Ordinarily, this would have been a stressful experience. However, I knew I was in great hands with Bob Rauh. It was immediately towed to the dealership, where he worked expeditiously to have it replaced prior to close of business. One of the most incredible moments a human can experience is feeling they are a priority. This is how Bob Rauh treats customers, which creates loyalty with Pacifico Ford Service Center. "Inspection and Maintenance appointment"

Pacifico Ford is a great place, for car purchasing! I had a maintenance and car inspection completed yesterday. It took less time than I anticipated; Paul (my service attendant) even gave me some "pointers" on operations (the Sync system, mainly). I am a Senior citizen, so his assistance was much appreciated!

I love going to Quick Lane I been going to Quick Lane for over 10 years or more they're fast the place is clean offer free pretzel coffee and they're very courteous I love going there and I told everybody about him I know if you tell too many people then you got a long wait because that's how many people will be there but I love to share my experience with everyone love you Quick Lane see you on the next run something is wrong with the ratings on Stevens Steven needs a 10 * and it only stopped on one Steven is wonderful if someone need to fix that that's not right but they have one star when you trying to get him up most respect because of the good work that he do cuz he get people in and get them out
