Exceptional I called day bbefoe xmas with a tire which was almost flat and looked like it had a partial slash. Not only did he speak to my mechanic about my concerns, but also contacted the original dealer that sold me the car and made sure it got paid for. On Saturday, 12/23/2017 I was out finishing up some last minute Christmas shopping when my car overheated and the check engine light came on. I immediately pulled over and turned the car off. As I sat, waiting and hoping the car would still work, I remembered Pacifico Ford Service shop was open on Saturdays. I drove over with anticipation that they would be able to check it out, fix it and I could be on my way. I was greeted by a young man who said he was not certain if I could be seen and would have to check with Bob. Bob came over and I began explaining my emergency situation. He informed me that Saturday is mostly for appointments, there was nothing they could do and to back out to leave. I was shocked and appalled because it was only 12:30pm and they closed at 3pm leaving ample amount of time to be seen. I left disappointed, discouraged and dishearten that I wouldn't be able to complete my holiday shopping and travels due to the uncertainty of my car's maintenance state. As I drove off, something told me to call and make a complaint. I spoke with the operator who despite letting me know the individuals that would normally take the complaint were off, she kindly heard me out, put me on hold, and sought a resolution. She returned and said to speak with Sean. Sean listened, understood my plight, and told me to turn around and come back. Once I returned, he greeted me with a smile, apoligized for being turned away, reassured me he would work me in, and would figure out what was going on with my car. I was the last one in the shop when Sean came over to tell me that they diagnose the issue. I was in need of a thermostat and water belt and had I continued driving it would have put it in a far worse condition leading to a higher expense to be repaired. He told me that he would need to keep the car, but was going to provide a loaner so that I could still finish my shopping and do my holiday traveling to see family and friends and for that I am truly grateful. I would also like to give a honorable mention and thank you to the mechanic guys that helped transfer by belongings from my car to the loaner as well. Overall, Sean and his team went above and beyond to accommodate me and should be recognized for exceeding expectations. More

The people make all the difference! I recently "inherited" a ford from my aunt, who can no longer drive. My goal is to keep the car running long enough for my son to use it when he gets his license in 2 years and keep it until he goes away to college. Chris Duganitz was more than personable. He understood and took care of the car. He knew what I was looking to do and addressed my issues, instead of trying to oversell me. He is the type of person I would go back to. I honestly did not know where to go and am so incredibly happy I decided to go to Pacifico. Chris is a real keeper and will keep me coming back! More
