Service with a smile I went into the service department for my vehicle's 9 months check up and was told that they needed to handle recall on certain models and with my mod I went into the service department for my vehicle's 9 months check up and was told that they needed to handle recall on certain models and with my model, the Ford Escape 2015 which I bought 9 months ago and it happened to be part of that recall. I like the fact that it was caught, parts replaced and I was on my way within 24 hours.
