When life hands you lemons, just call Paul!! I have dealt with Paul on a few occasions regarding repairs to my vehicle and each time he handled the case with confidence and pride. Although I know I have dealt with Paul on a few occasions regarding repairs to my vehicle and each time he handled the case with confidence and pride. Although I know he deals with numerous customers and claims, he never makes you feel like you are "just a number". I was in a rental in no time and he collaborated and coordinated each aspect of the repair in a matter that made me feel more than comfortable with him in charge. From start to finish everything seemed so seamless although I know repairs are never seamless!! His customer service skills are one of a kind! I couldn't have asked for a better individual to handle repairs for me. More

Coolant leak Recently I had a bad coolant leak with my Tarus, I took vehicle to Pacifico ford early morning, within minutes I was greeted by assit.service manager Recently I had a bad coolant leak with my Tarus, I took vehicle to Pacifico ford early morning, within minutes I was greeted by assit.service manager Paul Rubin, Paul immediately begin to address my car problems, he was very professional and friendly, Paul advised me it was water pump, he immediately placed me in rental vehicle while waited for parts to come in,as problem was covered under warranty. Highly Recommend My 2013 Ford Edge needed to get serviced and fixed. It had some major issues, I did NOT buy it at Pacifico however I did use them to fix my car. They did an AMAZING job and Jim in service was great with communicating with me. I highly highly recommend Pacifico! I never owned an American brand car before and immediately when I started having dangerous issues with my edge I regretted it immediately. I then googled a FORD dealership in my area and after reading hundreds of great reviews about Pacifico I tried them out. They turned my nightmare situation into a much better one. They were super easy to work with and the communication was great. They really felt bad for me and wanted to help! They're facility is also super clean and everyone was really nice seeing I was a mess and so was my car. They helped me with a car rental, it was super easy to get one. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
