Kevin Crump, the sales associate was very patient, helpful, nice, and knowledgeable with regard to the cars. It wasn't all business however, which is what I really liked. He was funny and listened to what I had to say. I signed all of my paper work with Jason Oquendo who was also very helpful and nice and made the signing process very easy and quick.
