Within two minutes Lamont greeted myself and my husband, he was very helpful and understanding of my wants and needs concerning the purchase , with trade in, of a new vehicle. He multi-tasked, getting one thing taken care of while we were did something else, saving all of us time. The typical dealings of a car sale happened and once the sale was agreed on, we were handed over to Jason...this guy made spending money fun and painless!!! Wonderful personality. Two days later I was in touch with Lamont about bringing the Tucson back to have a sunroof installed. Just this evening I dropped it off and was provided with a rental for two days. It's early in this "new relationship", but there is nothing negative that I can say about this dealership or its employees. Definitely will recommend to friends and family :) More

Over the course of two days I was provided with exceptional customer service which ultimately made up my mind about purchasing my car. Following my purchase I had to come back to the dealership for minor service and that too was exceptional. The staff were friendly and willing to help which Is extremely important to me. Best ever in less than 24 hours!!!! On Wednesday, July 29, I went (with my daughter, Kelsey) to Colonial Hyundai, (45 minutes, Drive) with an agreed price and intention of getting a On Wednesday, July 29, I went (with my daughter, Kelsey) to Colonial Hyundai, (45 minutes, Drive) with an agreed price and intention of getting a new car. What I got was a brawl with a pack of vultures disguised as car salesmen. The lying, mistrust, and rudeness, was something I've never been a part of, and I've been in the restaurant business for over 40 years. So, next night, Plan B, armed with a Pacifico Hyundai's TrueCar price. My first contact was with Jill Dawson. She was wonderful, answering ever question from car color to price, with niceness and professionalism. I explained my skepticism, but she just chuckled and said, "I promise you. You won't have any of those problems with us, especially with Gregory helping you." We pull into the lot, and immediately spot a black Accent. "Is that it?!?!" she yelled. "I hope so." I said and thought after being promised a black car from the previous dealer but once we got there was told they only had 3 other colors. We are quickly greeted by Gregory with a huge smile and friendly handshake. "You must be Sean?", he turned to Kelsey, "and you?" Kelsey introduced herself. "How do you like your new car?" Kelsey lit up. "This is the one! Is this what we're getting". "Your dad just has to come in and sign some paperwork". Once inside, we did the necessary paperwork, where Greg explained the car and financing details. So far, so good, my price and terms are being honored. As Greg took us on a tour of the site and introduced us to Jason Oquendo. Jason seemed nice enough, but then so did the finance snake the night before, when he raised the monthly payment $45. But Jason was as professional, thoughtful, and kind as everyone I had met so far. He did his job and educated me on my options without making meat all feel forced, pressured, or uncomfortable. We signed papers, shook hands, and finalized our deal. I went from anger, mistrust, and disappointment to one of the rewarding parental experiences of my life in 24 short hours. Because this wasn't just a new car purchase for my Kelsey, it was a long overdue reward. Kelsey just graduated Kutztown, but the last 9 months have been an emotional rollercoaster. Last December, during final's week, one of Kelsey's roommates went into cardiac arrest, Kelsey performed CPR until the paramedics arrived. It was touch and go for a few days, but Kelsey's roommate, Chelsea, after being in a 2 day coma, needing pacemaker, she came back to school in full health. Dispite the wonderful outcome, Kelsey still has emotional scarring, nightmares, and fears from that traumatic night which I feel last a long time. When Chelsea came back to college, she also came back with a brand new car. Now, my Kelsey never said a word about the car, she was very happy just to see her friend alive and back to school. Because my daughter Kelsey is one of the kindest, thoughtful, selfless people I've ever been privileged to know, and to say she's my daughter just makes me proud everyday. But unfortunately, I'm not Kelsey. That new car dug at me ever time I visited my Kelsey. The girl who survives gets a brand new car, while the girl who saved her gets to drive around campus in a 1997 Ford Taurus. But Kelsey never complained, it was me who wanted more for her, but couldn't to give it to her. And frankly, maybe I'm still not in the best financial position to it now, but Kelsey has waited long enough, she overdue for something special her life. She earned it, she save someone's life. So in closing, I'd like to say I'm extremely happy and grateful for Jill, Jason, and especially Greg for not just a great car purchasing experience, but for making a parental wish come true. The smile on her face, the hug she gave me, and "thanks so much Dad, I love you so much", brought tears to me eyes, and a memory I'll have forever. Your team gave me that moment, and I'll never forget it , and I'll never stop trying to repay by sending everyone I know to your great dealership. More
