In for a service evaluation.. out the door with a new truck. Certainly didn't intend to buy a new truck but based on the experience I had that day with the Service Department, the certified F150 inventory, the a Certainly didn't intend to buy a new truck but based on the experience I had that day with the Service Department, the certified F150 inventory, the appraisal and working with Jack Canavin... it was the perfect storm (and time for me to say goodbye to a truck turning 120k miles). It's hard holding everyone else out there to this same level of professionalism, sales and customer service but I guess I will have to moving forward to feel this level of satisfaction. More

Great Sales Experience! Go Out Of Your Way To Buy HERE!!!! After losing my beloved former car in a flood, I needed to replace it. I searched and thought about many different manufacturers, models (new and used After losing my beloved former car in a flood, I needed to replace it. I searched and thought about many different manufacturers, models (new and used), and dealerships in my area, etc . . . . But knowing the Pacifico family, the Pacifico Marple Ford Lincoln dealership, and great people including Dom Siravo, Michael Pacifico, and Al Williams, it became clear to me that one I decided on, a 2014 Ford Fusion Titanium with AWD, was the car for me. The sales experience was superb, involving patience on their part as we were comparing two different models produced by Ford before selecting the one we wanted. Fit and finish on the car is superb, with quality that meets or exceeds what you'll find in an Infiniti or Audi. The Turbocharged EcoBoost engine has no "boost lag" at all, braking is awesome, and handling is on par with cars costing much, much more. Plus, they gave us a really nice deal. The car was prepped perfectly, and all those involved in the process deserve kudos. My son already bought a 2013 CPO Focus from them in December, and I have referred many, many other people to this dealership over the years because I know them and trust them. They WILL treat you right. Even if they're not your nearest Ford-Lincoln dealer, it's worth the extra drive to be treated so well and to have such a selection of great cars (the best in Ford's history -- vehicles on par with or better than some of the MUCH higher-priced imports and blows way whatever GM and Chrysler can produce) from which to choose. I know I made the right choice in working again with everyone at Pacifico Marple Ford-Lincoln, and in selecting my 2014 Ford Fusion Titanium with AWD. GREAT JOB!!! More
