I recently purchased a new car in April. I agreed to new or unused and went for the lot demo. The sales receipt said new and I wasn’t made aware of any other usage. In July, my husband and I came to Buffalo to visit our daughter who’s currently in Graduate school. One of our goals while there was to buy her a car. After visiting several dealerships we decided to pay a visit to a Paddock Chevrolet because we owned a Chevy before and it was very reliable. We were met by Sales representative Sean Hennessy who was extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with. We then met with Todd Skinner who was also very nice during the car buying process. Then, we worked with Alissa Miller regarding insurance and plates and she was very patient and kind. Of all the car buying I’ve done in my 30 plus years, this was by far the smoothest and least stressful experience I’ve ever had. After leaving the dealership my husband and I were not a quarter of a mile away when our tire blew out. After having issues changing the flat, I called Todd Skinner. He showed up alongside Sean Hennessy to help and neither left until we had everything fixed. (Mind you, the flat tire wasn’t even on the car we purchased from them!)These guys are a true blessing and we are so grateful to have come into contact with such kind people. I wish there was a Paddock Chevrolet in New York City! More

Service department seriously incompetent. Brought business vehicle in for service 4x. still not fixed right. Only vehicle we have for deliveries. Made an appointment for a Saturday so they could have the vehicle all day, when dropping vehicle off on Friday, told "oh the tech who is familiar with your vehicle isn't in till Tuesday, You'll have to leave it with us. Not an option, sweetie!!!!! I will NEVER bring a vehicle here for service again. NEVER recommend them for any reason, even to my worst enemy. If I ran my store this way, we would be out of business in a week. More

Terrible service! Brought my car in for oil change and had to wait over 2 1/2 hours. The waiting room had over 10 people so I was told I had to sit in cold garage because of covid restrictions.
