Stay away. The work performed was done improperly. This company simply holds their customers in contempt. I took my Chevy to their service department. Communication with service rep was spotty and the technician actually caused more damage to my car than he fixed. I was lied to about the level of wear on my brakes. Management will not reimburse me, claiming only that they will fix the damage. Why would I ever let them ever touch my car again. They've screen my phone calls and will not respond to messages & voice mails. More

Dissapointed. My complaint is simple. Nobody was or is getting back to me. I'm being ignored. Now my 6 month warranty is up. I have a laundry list of issues from my My complaint is simple. My mechanic spent 3hrs of his time checking the vehicle before purchase.I was promised the issues were going to be resolved. I HAVE A LONG, STRESSFULL STRUGGLE AHEAD OF ME. I'm so very dissapointed & can't afford to have the problems fixed. I hope Paddock helps me before I consider other venues. More

Just an inspection Went to get inspection 2017 terrain my car had no scratches whatsoever it took less than an hour but I notice scratches on side of my car and need air Went to get inspection 2017 terrain my car had no scratches whatsoever it took less than an hour but I notice scratches on side of my car and need air in my tire I think if they don't like the way you look or you not some bombshell you won't get good service if you are going in to a place for service and all it takes is for them not to like how you look to mess up your car bad place to take your car they offered to fix it no way I let them touch my car again it will cost to buff out scratches and a new tire not ever going back bad place for your car.wemt in for 10 dollar inspection came out with dammage of 200 dollars or more.be ware. Absolutely Terrible Everything I am a 19 year old female who recently bought a car in October of 2017. Of course because I am young and a female, Paddock took complete advantage thi I am a 19 year old female who recently bought a car in October of 2017. Of course because I am young and a female, Paddock took complete advantage thinking I wouldn't catch on to their games. I was not picky, all I wanted was a reliable vehicle to get to and from work and school. I purchased a 2013 Ford Fiesta Se who was only previously owned once with only 26,475 miles on it. Test drove it, all was fine so I said okay, let's do it. It came time for the boring stuff, the paperwork. Joe, Will and I agreed on the payment amount and for how many months. When it came time to sign, they changed the amount to $20 higher and for an extra 12 months thinking I wouldn't catch it. Once they corrected it, the dollar amount was correct but the months were still incorrect. So after the third time, it was finally correct and I was able to officially own my car. Several times I was told "Paddock sold you that car with those tires on it?" Here I am thinking, what do you mean? It was dry out I didn't know the tires were terrible and had zero tread. I went to get my first oil change and the mechanic really stressed my tires. The mechanic I go to is amazing, I have never gone anywhere else. He told me they were unsafe and to not wait, get new tires ASAP. He couldn't believe I was sold my car with the tires I had! I was furious. I haven't even driven a full 3,000 miles since I got my vehicle so I did not do any damage to them. I tried calling Paddock to speak with my salesman Joe, had to leave three messages before I had enough and had to literally text his cellphone. How professional. He really didn't care, he says '"they passed our inspection." My tires were at 2.5 and 2 fails inspection. My tires could have blown up and I could have gotten seriously hurt! I eventually took my car in and when I got to the service department, no one had any idea what was going on. Terrible communication. Joe avoided me at all costs and instead of giving the authorization to the service dept to provide the new tires, he was arguing with me via TEXT instead of trying to find a resolution. After going back and forth for a half hour, I said ya know what I don't even want your mechanics working on my vehicle because the fact I was sold my vehicle the way it was (super unsafe) I would rather go somewhere where I know they will genuinely do a good job and make sure my car is in the best condition when leaving. I ended up having to spend $400 on tires at Tread City (who was super super nice and made sure I got the best tires for my car). They laughed at Paddock and said I can't believe everywhere else knows you need new tires except them. My tires are only 15" so they weren't a super outrageous amount but I shouldn't have had to pay for them. Paddock should have provided them prior to me even walking out of their building. Heaven forbid they do something that benefits a customer that doesn't include money in their pocket. Everyone was super rude, lacked communication, and was very unprofessional. Nothing is worse than being taken advantage of because of your age and gender. All I needed was a way to school and work so I could make a living of my own. I will NEVER give this place business or the time of day again. More
