The sales manager Tim Tabor introduced himself the first visit and remembered me when I came information I was looking for in buying my first Honda. I highly recommend this dealership where every single person was pleasant and welcoming. I have never had such a comfortable car purchase ever. I expect to be exclusively a Honda owner from now on. Ryan, my service representative, was excellent—professional, helpful, and courteous throughout the process. However, I was disappointed to see a 3% fee added for using a credit card. As a loyal customer who has had my vehicle serviced exclusively at your dealership since purchase, it's frustrating to encounter additional charges on top of already marked-up service costs. In today’s environment, credit card usage is standard, and applying a surcharge feels outdated and inconvenient. I hope this policy is reconsidered moving forward. More
Horrible experience! I drove to your Honda dealership, because you had the car I wanted with a roof rack. When I arrived, they had the car pulled up for me to drive, no r I drove to your Honda dealership, because you had the car I wanted with a roof rack. When I arrived, they had the car pulled up for me to drive, no roof rack, but matched the VIN of the one online that had a roof rack. They told me no problem, we can add one at no cost. Great, I thought… until I got my new car back from service! My brand new car had a ton of mud on both sides of the back doors and on the carpet. Considering it was below feeezing, I have no clue how all this mud got into my car. I didn’t even think to look in the back seats before leaving the dealership! How embarrassing that a certified Honda tech would leave a new car that was over $40,000 like this! I’ve asked for the GM to return my call, and nothing! The service manager wanted to send someone to pick my car up and detail it. Absolutely not, I trusted you once to do work on my car… my car that I’ve been babying and rarely drive, that I’ve had two weeks. And you returned what was a clean car, covered in tons of mud! Shame on you Page Honda! This is absolutely unacceptable! I will never ever have my car serviced here again! I would give 0 stars if I could! More
