No issues with oil change itself. I had scheduled my appointment and dropped it off at 8:00am. Around noon I had not received a phone or text saying my truck was ready.I tried to call I had scheduled my appointment and dropped it off at 8:00am. Around noon I had not received a phone or text saying my truck was ready.I tried to call three time from noon until around 1:30pm. Each time I was told no one was available to answer the phone in the service department. I got someone to take me to the dealership to check on my truck and it was ready. When I told them I didn't receive a call or text and was unable to talk with anyone in service department I was told by Molly that they were short handed and it wasn't an excuse but thats all she could say. More
