This was mainly due to our Sales person, Ed Grayson. Everything was above board and where we normally despise dealing with car dealers, Ed is an enigma. None of the usual Sales pitches or bait and switch practices many have come to dread. We were so happy with the car and experience we leased a Mazda 2017 CX5 Sport not a month later. Same ease as when we purchased and are extremely happy. Wed strongly recommend going to see Ed if you are in the market and the car itself is fun to drive! Go see for youself! More

I brought it in for an intermittent issue and instead of saying "no problem found" , Kathy called and asked if they can keep the car another day to try and duplicate the issue. They gave me a loaner car so I said it wasn't a problem. By the middle of the second day they were able to duplicate my intermittent problem and fix it. Kathy and John went above and beyond to rectify this issue and I am very grateful for that. More

Both John G. and Kathy W. have been terrific and went out of their way to make sure they created a "raving fan" out of my service experience at Palisades Mazda! They have a proficient knowledge of Mazda and services that are truly required, and are a pleasure to deal with. I pass no fewer than 4 Mazda dealers / service centers on my way here, but the time spent crossing the Tappan Zee is worth it for the level of service, knowledge, and professionalism. Two thumbs up to Palisades Mazda! More

Easy online experience I recently purchased a 2017 CX-5 from Palisades Mazda and it was a very easy and stress-free process. I did 90% of the exchange online and correspond I recently purchased a 2017 CX-5 from Palisades Mazda and it was a very easy and stress-free process. I did 90% of the exchange online and corresponded with the dealership's internet manager (Chris Kinder). Since i already knew the vehicle and features I wanted, Chris was able to locate the exact vehicle and have it delivered to his dealership. In the email exchange with Chris, i was able to scan and send in all the paperwork he needed to assemble the finance papers. I only had to visit the dealership 2 times, one time to have my trade-in appraised (and I did receive a very fair offer for my 2013 Cadillac CTS) and one time to sign the papers and take delivery on the CX-5. When I arrived at the dealership, my new car was washed and ready in-front of the building and the paperwork was all in order, taking no more than 30 minutes to sign. Everyone I encountered at Palisades Mazda has been extremely friendly and very helpful, I'd certainly recommend this dealership. I understand they are moving to a new location with better facilities, so I only expect a better experience when I take my car for it's first service appointment. More
