There was a computer glitch so my person (Brian) kept trying and trying before he asked and someone told him to bypass it. If something is not working it seems like someone should have told him. Also, the shuttle took me to work and when I called at 4:30 to find out the status of my vehicle they said they had just finished and that there was no shuttle to pick me up. If they had told me in the morning that there was no return shuttle I would have made arrangements. More
