Chris, made My wife and I feel like family! My first visit to Palm Chevrolet, Neil took his time to show me a 2018 Traverse, it was raining. He didn't make an excuse, and said would you like to drive it. Neil had to take it off the floor and open the Doors and take it out for my trial drive. He made me feel welcomed and not a chore. On the second visit my wife was with me, Neil introduced Sharen and I to Chris Drewry. It was another Wonderful experience, It was far from a lot of situations we seem to feel from sales persons these days that your taking them from something else, that they could be doing. Chris, made us feel like we were special, and stayed with us throughout all the paper work. He explained to Sharen all the great new things that the Traverse can do, he took her nervousness away with witty, funny and friendly conversation.
