Good Experience with Moise and JD at Palm Chevrolet We purchased a crew cab pickup at Palm Chevrolet over the weekend. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and treated us with respect. Many employees spoke with us and asked if we were doing okay. We were given water and were also offered coffee. Moise was our salesman, and he was eager to work with us and helped with connecting my phone to Bluetooth and handled the welcome call from OnStar with me. My husband left accidentally left a gift card in our trade-in vehicle and called Moise on his cell phone about it. Moise found the gift card and set up the promised service for us, which included taking off a cable from the trade-in vehicle that my husband had installed for his boat wench. JD was also nice to work with, and I appreciated the fact that he did not pressure us with the extended warranty option. He offered, explained what it covered, prices, and then let us decide. I will certainly consider Palm for future car purchases. More
