Trouble Shoot & Repair of Electrical Issue My 2008 Chevrolet Suburban wouldn't start and was receiving no power. I contacted Palm Chevrolet's Service Center and spoke with a Mr. Isaac Velazquez My 2008 Chevrolet Suburban wouldn't start and was receiving no power. I contacted Palm Chevrolet's Service Center and spoke with a Mr. Isaac Velazquez. I explained my situation to Mr. Velazquez and further advised that I had just traveled from the NorthEast and that my vehicle was inoperable in a gas stations parking lot. Mr. Velazquez assured me that his team of experts would find the cause of my vehicles problem and provide the appropriate repair. With my vehicle inoperable Mr. Velazquez further provided information for a reputable towing company who immediately responded and transported my vehicle to Palm Chevrolets Service Center. Upon arrival Mr. Velazquez meet me with the utmost of professionalism and immediately assigned a very competent Master Mechanic who had my vehicles problem diagnosed almost immediately and repaired within minutes.
