Very helpful and informative! Smooth!!!! I was very happy with the customer service we received from J. Rodriquez. He was so kind and did not pressure us, yet he was so helpful and did sel I was very happy with the customer service we received from J. Rodriquez. He was so kind and did not pressure us, yet he was so helpful and did sell us an Equinox that day. The process was painless compared to some of our experiences in the past. We also traded in our Ford Explorer and have driven a Ford for 25 years (not any more). We love our Chevy!!!! More

Our experience with salesman, Moise Juste.. My husband and I went back to our favorite Chevrolet Dealer, Palm Chevrolet. Our Salesman was Moise Juste, who is very knowledgeable and customer ori My husband and I went back to our favorite Chevrolet Dealer, Palm Chevrolet. Our Salesman was Moise Juste, who is very knowledgeable and customer oriented. We brought in our 2013 Cruz with 8,000 miles in perfect condition. He said he would show us a 2016 Malibu that we might be interested in. He asked us what we were looking for, we said lower payments, something we could afford. He took us out to show us a 2016 Malibu (Summit White) and explained the all the features and especially all the vast amount of safety features. Wow!!!. We then took the vehicle out for a test drive which was really great. Then back to the Dealership where after Moise went back and forth to the finance office, we finally agreed on a payment we could afford. He explained more about the vehicle and we signed the deal. Moise then took us out to the car, sync'd our smart phones for us, hooked us us with On Star and showed us how to work the radio, etc. I must say, we were treated so great that I hope Palm realizes how great he is and a real asset. We have been a Chev user for many years, Porter Chevrolet in DE and here in Florida, Palm Chevrolet. Great Dealership and Chevrolet is an outstanding manufacturer of vehicles. Love the car!!! "Extra mile " I stopped into Palm Chevrolet to look at a truck parked in the front of the store. I was greeted by Thom Workman, General Manager, when I arrived.
