Mr. Cruz helped me to find a vehicle that I wanted; however, I did decide to choose another option. When I looked at the Chevy Impala, I fell in love with the car. I had a concern with something within the car the trunk floor cover! This car did not have one. I told Mr. Cruz that I wanted one put in there and if they could not I wanted a reduced price! Mr. Garcia told me he would personally find it and will have it when I leave the lot. When it was about ready for me to leave the lot I asked Mr. Cruz about the floor cover and he said, I put Mr. Garcia on it to find you one! That was not right to do. Mr. Cruz guaranteed me it not Mr. Garcia. I do not feel as though Mr. Cruz took care of my every need and I feel as though he was just out to pass me around to anyone else could help me! I did not feel comfortable with Mr. Cruz and I believe that Mr. Cruz did my family wrong by passing the buck. Mr. Cruz also tried to blame Mr. Garcia for why the Impala did not have the trunk floor mat and it was not Mr. Garcia that I asked to get one for me! More
