Bought a new 2024 Chevy Suburban and the sales rep said the service center would prep it. No sooner did we drive out than we got low tire messages for all four tires and no windshield wiper fluid. The service dept doesn't come outside to meet you when you get there. They couldn't help me when they left a screen on my dashboard that I wanted to change, They wanted me to drive 20 miles back to Palm, you get there.
