I made an appoint for 8 AM on 11/6. Dropped my vehicle off and left it. Called around 3:30 pm and was told that they did not get to it. I cleared my business schedule for the day just for this. They suggested bringing it back the next day, which is completely unacceptable. Needless to say I left very frustrated and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. More
