I would give Palm Chevrolet a 5, but the new system of not being able to talk to the advisor is stupid. I could only receive text messages or emails. I was informed the truck [should / would] be ready by closing. I called to see if it was ready. I left a message it took almost 4 hours for me to get a text telling me it would be ready by noon the next day... I was two blocks away. I had to meet the technician who drives the truck there, which could have happened "if" someone picked up the phone when I called. This took almost two hours out of my day... More

Did not honor GM warranty took a week to get the appointment. I had 36900 miles when I brought it in no one cares about what the milage was when I made the appointment.
