Poor follow up, poor communication. I dropped my car off for diagnostic work on a Tuesday, was told i couldnt have a loaner vehicle. Was not able to pick up ubtil the following monday. The new text message answering service system you have is terrible. Not being able to talk with the service center is not only impersonal for a business that using vehicles as their office taking many hours terrible.
