Spoke with salesman and Sales manager with no success. Made it sound like I accepted the deal as is. No concern about customer satisfaction. I will never do business with this dealer again and will never recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal. Was screwed totally from what I was offered for my original trade...2019 Dodge Journey with KBB appraisal of over $7000. PALM only gave me $2000 for my trade. More
