Got new tires. They could have cleaned the sidewalls as they were filthy and greasy. Pressure was at 51 when it should be 39. Damage was done to the undercarriage b They could have cleaned the sidewalls as they were filthy and greasy. Pressure was at 51 when it should be 39. Damage was done to the undercarriage battery cover and still not rectified. (Explorer hybrid has a cover under passenger side hybrid battery and when they lifted it for the tires I suspect it was damaged and makes a slight noise when on highway since it is now loose). More
