I guess if you like to get ripped off, then Palm Coast Ford is for you. They are price gouging on new cars like tomorrow is the end of the world. They call it market adjusted price. (what a joke) For exam Ford is for you. They are price gouging on new cars like tomorrow is the end of the world. They call it market adjusted price. (what a joke) For example, we are looking at 2022 Mach E MSRP sticker at around 47K. Well, Palm Coast Ford decided that local Floridians were stupid and rich and stupid rich. They decided that because they are in Palm Coast they should charge people over 65K for that car. I wonder how many people got ripped off by this dealership. They didn't install any additional options, they didn't do anything to the car.... they just decided to mark up the car by almost 20K. If I could give them less stars I would. Almost forgot, a salesman lied on the phone, said we have a small mark-up on our new cars 3k to 5K and it is negotiable. I guess in their mind, almost 20K is a small mark-up. Very unprofessional. I guess they think that customer doesn't know how to use the internet to find prices and how much does it cost to order one. By the way, you can get Mach E, GT for the same price at the Bozard Ford. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! More

Brought my 2018 Escape in for an oil change. The service was performed In about a hour.There was an issue after the vehicle was brought home when my wife used it for errands,a large amount of sm The service was performed In about a hour.There was an issue after the vehicle was brought home when my wife used it for errands,a large amount of smoke was coming from the exhaust.I called and spoke with Mike the service manager, he was at my house within 20 minutes and took the Escape back to Palm Coast.It appears the oil was over filled.The Escape was back in a couple hours and so far so good More
