My vehicle has been in the service department for over a week now. Had work done on my brakes and oil change initially. A day later there was transmission oil dripping on my driveway. Took the vehicle back week now. Had work done on my brakes and oil change initially. A day later there was transmission oil dripping on my driveway. Took the vehicle back to Palm Coast Ford to have service done on a transmission oil leak and when I went to pick up my vehicle there were multiple warning lights showing on the dashboard. They took vehicle back into the service bay and its been there since. I have had difficulty reaching the service manager to talk about what is going on. Christen as the service advisor has been very apologetic but there is still no word as to what is going on with the repair. I am very frustrated and unhappy as all these “new repairs” were needed immediately after I took my vehicle in for an oil change and some brake work!! More
