It was a good experience. for a someone who hates buying car It took longer than I would like, but about what I expected. Difficult scheduling service; not helpful when I arrived for Couldn’t make appt online as was instructed to do as option was not available in early Jan. Spoke online with chat person who said she would get back Couldn’t make appt online as was instructed to do as option was not available in early Jan. Spoke online with chat person who said she would get back to me about service appt. week later I received email advising I needed to schedule 6 month service appt online. I tried again and still not working; online chat person said she would take care of it. A short time later I called to make appt; no one answered soihung up; tried again and someone answered so I made appt. when I took car in there was no one who came to my car so I entered Service office and was told to go back outside and by then 2 people were standing in the booths, neither of whom walked out to me so I walked to one who watched me and then finally left his booth to see what I wanted. When I was told service was completed and given my keys I was informed my car was outside facing some direction and was not able to locate where my car was; I had to yell at some guys dtanding in the shop about where my car was and they pointed down a row of cars where it was parked. I got the impression Palm Coast Ford does not want my business. More

Peter knew what I was looking for in the way of types of cars and price range and he stayed within those parameters, never pushing just to up sell. John Woodward was outstanding in facilitating obtaining parts and keeping me informed during the entire procedure. The porter drove me to different rental car agencies to obtain a temporary vehicle and when none were available, drove me to my home at Surf Club near Marineland. John contacted me regularly with progress reports and promptly notified me when repairs were complete. The car now runs perfectly. I will use Palm Coast Ford for all my service while at my Florida home. More
