Wait a while Having made an appointment for oil change, there is no way it should take over 2 hours for turn around. I was greeted, finally, by a person who advis Having made an appointment for oil change, there is no way it should take over 2 hours for turn around. I was greeted, finally, by a person who advised me to back up so the person in front of me could get out of line and go. I stated that I was there at 10:45 for an 11 appointment for oil change, where should I go? “Just any line” they will get to you.” It never got any better. Everyone seem to be extremely busy, but they aren’t getting anything done, or done in a timely manor. I generally am a loyal client, especially concerning vehicle maintenance and purchases. But I can not abide this, in three oil changes at your facility I have waisted over 8 hours. That is time on site, not including drive/travel time to get there and back. If you don’t do something your service department will soon have a lot more time on their hands. More
