Customer service sucks(Paul) Well very disappointed I was told the car was certified and got full warranty.Was told the Sirius radio came with it for 3 years and warranty was 6 yr Well very disappointed I was told the car was certified and got full warranty.Was told the Sirius radio came with it for 3 years and warranty was 6 yr 100,000 miles warranty .Got none of it.Gage had no idea what he was doing and when we called and spoke to Paul the sales manager , I was spoke to like I was stupid for buying from them.He was very very rude.he advised me to buy the sirius for 1 yr and come back after a year and he would refund me .I feel like I was totally lied to..Would not recommend them and will not buy from them again.I have bought 5 times from auto mall ford and was never talked to or treated so badly as I was there they just lost a good customer with prefect credit..PS Paul needs to find a new job.All I really want is my car certified and the warranty as promised I dont care about the radio . intensionally poor service arrived at 7am for a 7am oil change appt. My car sat out front for an hour after service was done. I ask 3 service techs for my bill so I could leave. arrived at 7am for a 7am oil change appt. My car sat out front for an hour after service was done. I had to complain to parts department personal to find my paper work which was delivered to cash out who I had inquired earlier if they had it. Spent 3 hrs for an oil change. Talked to dealer manager who informed my he had top notch service techs. by the way, I was improperly billed. Don't know if I'll go back. More
