Tremendous dealership! I have been very satisfied in every respect regarding Palm Springs Nissan. I walked in one Saturday a year and a half ago just to browse and ended up I have been very satisfied in every respect regarding Palm Springs Nissan. I walked in one Saturday a year and a half ago just to browse and ended up driving out with a brand new Rouge, which I love to this day. My salesperson Seth Richardson was awesome. Very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. He still is. Anytime I have a question he's there to help me. And, my experiences with the service department have been equally as good. Excellent customer service I recently purchased my car from Kia. On my first visit for an oil change, Kia improperly put back on the oil cap. My car leaked so much oil. I was to I recently purchased my car from Kia. On my first visit for an oil change, Kia improperly put back on the oil cap. My car leaked so much oil. I was told by a friend to take my car to Nissan because of their incredible service. I always try to make an appointment for an oil change. Krista, an employee at Nissan always makes sure to book my appointment at a time that's best for me, updates me about my car while waiting and makes sure I have a nicely washed car when all done. I will continue going to Nissan to service my vehicle from now on. More

He really went that extra mile for me and got exactly what I wanted, right of the show room floor. I came in thinking used and rode out in a brand new care (ten miles on the odometer). The entire staff, including the finance manager, Evan Edwards, who explained everything in detail and in a way the average car buyer could understand, were wonderful. The sales manager was friendly and took time to make sure I was satisfied. I learned about Palm Springs Nissan from the Bill Finegold show on Knews Radio.
