My experience with Palm Springs Subaru was nothing short of pleasant. I wasn't in the market for cars, until my Nissan was no longer functional. My father has been a loyal customer of Subaru for over 10 years and I knew I wanted to follow in his footsteps. I intended on getting a used Subaru but my Aunt came across the new 2023 Impreza at my local dealership. Considering they hold their value, the new and 4 year old used Subaru's were nearly the same cost. I decided to buy the new one but while in active discussion with my local dealership, they sold the black one as we were asking them to send over the paperwork. They pushed the white one, but if I'm spending that much money, I'm going to get the color I want. Palm Springs Subaru had the black one in stock and Csaba Nagy assisted us online. Throughout the process, he was very accommodating, kind, responsive, and patient. We completed most of the paperwork online and took a road trip to Palm Springs. As we arrived, Csaba Nagy and William Taylor greeted me and wished me a happy early birthday. They made me feel like family upon meeting them and were very helpful and kind throughout my visit. The process was extremely quick and I wasn't expecting to so easily walk away with a brand new car. I then happily embarked on a road trip with my birthday present to myself! More
They can do the basics but when it comes to a problem I only get the poor excuse and they blame the problem on something other than the car and it’s technology.. Don is amazing! He has helped me in 2 occasions and I am happy he is my go to guy. I am a bit disappointed in this dealership. I've received several emails from Subaru about trading in my lease in the past couple of weeks. When I contacted them to follow through on this, the number they gave me was drastically different from the emails. That aside, I was told by the sales specialist that he would get back to me later in the day. Several days later when I hadn't heard back, I contacted a different specialist from this dealership. He said he would get back to me. No one got back to me and when I contacted them again the next day, they said supposedly the first one said he was going to get back to me the day prior. I just felt like they had no desire to make a deal or even have the courtesy to get back to me. Overall it was disappointing, and is making me definitely reconsider getting another subaru. Unfortunate as my first experience years ago was so great that I had several members of my family switch their cars to get a Subaru because I was so impressed. More
