Bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee a few months ago. Person I worked with was Tom Berlin. First off he was pushy as xxxx and basically told me everything I wanted to hear. Bought it in the evening and was given a ride home and I brought him back to dealership. Roughly 9pm. When I test drove it everything was fine and dandy. He made sure to mention that if still needed to be cleaned. They must have just received vehicle. So I leave and the next morning Im messing with it and I find old paperwork from the previous owner, company credit card, a woman's slipper, candy wrappers, nasal spray. Next day the brake fluid light went on and it was bone dry. Now I have a leak that lets rain water floor the entire passenger side of the vehicle. The muffler is loud as xxxx. There is a knocking noise up front. Tom said they inspected it and all. xxxxxxxx! It was snowing and dark when I brought it home otherwise I would have looked under seats and in all the spots for storage. When I told them I was going to think about even purchasing it they wouldn't give me back my deposit to hold it. I told them who cares if someone buys it before me. Still wouldn't give it back to me. They had someone else come talk to me and explain it better and all fine from there. Pushy crooks and I will never buy from Palmen AGAIN! I called service about the leak and they wanted me to keep the water inside vehicle for 3 days until they could look at it. Yeah so it could get moldy and get worse, I dried it out myself and saved the $140 and found where the water was coming in from myself. Called them back to schedule to have looked at but I don't know what else to do. So frustrated that so many things wrong and its been not even 3 months. More

Sold us a car with bad rotors, refused to fix it when we're brought it back in. We're should've bright it back in right away. Teddy Hendrix, the sales manager was horrendous to work with. After coming to a deal on my trade and purchase I was sent to financing.
