Truck wasn’t fixed I brought my truck in to get serviced and they said they fixed everything on my truck. So I waited for them to call me back so I know when to pick up I brought my truck in to get serviced and they said they fixed everything on my truck. So I called the same day in the afternoon and I left a voice message and they still haven’t called me back! Terrible service. Service advisor wanted me to spend $135 for a diagnostic check when I have no engine lights showing for a possible break malfunction. I advised that I would have my mechanic look at my vehicle due to cheaper shop rate. I then had to ask how much longer it was going to be after sitting in the waiting room for 1 1/2hrs for my scheduled oil change. When I went to the counter the service technician said that it was sitting outside for 30 minutes and was finishing the paperwork. More
