Ceramic coating. I got the ultimate protection for my Jeep. After I got it ceramic coated I noticed water and dirt streaks underneath the coating. I took it back and t I got the ultimate protection for my Jeep. After I got it ceramic coated I noticed water and dirt streaks underneath the coating. I took it back and they immediately told me it was under the clear coat of the paint. There is no way they could tell that without actually buffing the ceramic coating off. They told me my brand new jeep was going to have to be repainted. Which is something I did not want to happen but that was the only option they were giving me. So I dropped it off to get repainted. Couple days go by and I go to pick it up and they told me it didn't have to get repainted. They said the streaks were able to buff out.... Which means they didn't even do the first ceramic coating correct since the whole point of ceramic coating is to paint correct and ceramic coat over it. More

2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee They sold me a jeep that had streaks in the paint and all the head and tail light assemblies had big gaps between them and the body of the car. I coul They sold me a jeep that had streaks in the paint and all the head and tail light assemblies had big gaps between them and the body of the car. I could stick an entire finger behind one of my tail lights. I don't t believe the car was inspected in upon delivery. If it was the guy who did it should be fired. Brandon greeley was excellent except for the fact that he sold me the defective jeep. More

Warranty work. Several weeks ago I brought my 2017 Ram Bighorn in for some recall and warranty work(rear sliding window wouldn't work). After getting my truck back e Several weeks ago I brought my 2017 Ram Bighorn in for some recall and warranty work(rear sliding window wouldn't work). After getting my truck back everything was good for a couple of days. After two days the window didn't work again. I called and left a message with Patti in service, she called me the next day to get my truck back in. She apologized for the inconvenience and said she would make sure the issue was resolved. Picked up my truck the next day. So far,so good. Window works great now. More
