Way to time consuming!! Having to have a drop off appointment is very inconvenient. Then I arrive to service center for my 5:00 appt to just drop my car off and 3 people are Having to have a drop off appointment is very inconvenient. I told the man that I was dropping off and he asked my name. I wasn’t on his schedule. He asked if it was under a different name. I replied no. I said I had scheduled with Wally. He preceded to tell me that I needed to wait for Wally to check in for my appt that he had it. Then they continued to just chat away while I had to wait for Wally. Wally came back and then I was able to check in with him. Way to time consuming to have an appt to check in! And everyone should be able to check me in. More
