A pleasant “car dealer” experience I stopped in to see a slightly used car only to find out it had been sold the eve before. Nothing else slightly used would appeal. A suggestion of a new car was posed, and I said, “if the price was right, I would consider.” They found a car with the options I was interested in, made the price right and I now am driving a new car. After having visited several other car dealers and receiving marginal to insulting service, it was a pleasure to be treated with respect as a customer should. Brett is a friendly, knowledgeable young man, who , I might add, has overcome obstacles in his life to become an accomplished salesman. And, on a private note, would have made a stellar Marine! good experience I have 2 year old Jeep Patriot which developed a leak in the weatherstripping of the rear gate. Rain water was coming into the trunk area. I await the installation of a new light for that area. I was informed that the water had rusted the interior of the light. So far so good. I particularly appreciated the shuttle service to take me home and pick me up at the end of the day. More
