my wife vowed to avoid the place in the future My wife Monica Habeck brought in our Caravan for a $13.95 coupon service to rotate tires and inspect brakes. She came home very disappointed in the interpersonal skills and service attitude of the individuals she worked with. Our other vehicle is a Hyundai and a service appointment at that shop is a joy ... I enjoy visiting there. Not so at Palmen. Then when my wife gave me the receipt when she got home, I expected to see $13.95 + tax and instead it was $20.37. Seems like a broken promise. The service manager called me when Monica first arrived at his desk at 1:30PM yesterday and recommended 3 things: brake system flush, power steering system flush and fuel injection cleaning. Each service was quoted in the vicinity of $139. I asked him to call me after the inspection of the brakes so that I could make a consolidated service decision. I never got a call back. I did contact other Racine service providers and found out the Palmen prices were high by roughly 70% to 225% Wow. Plus I was told that the correct practice on one of the services was to inspect a sample of the fluid for evidence of water contamination first before recommending a fluid replacement. Needless to say, my trust feeling on Palmen plummeted to a really low level yesterday. Terrible. More

Getting stuff fixed was a hassle Avoid chuck My salesman Chuck is a smuck he kept trying to get me to pay for stuff that was certified was in perfect working order even after Teddy Hendtix"who is My salesman Chuck is a smuck he kept trying to get me to pay for stuff that was certified was in perfect working order even after Teddy Hendtix"who is awesome" had gotten it okd to get fixed i ended up having to bring it in 3 times to get 2 things fixed and the last time Teddy just delt with me himself and then it got fixed, overall i love the truck just with my experence with Chuck i wouldnt recomend them to anyone and i would warn if they go to avoid chuck at all cost all he cares about is the $ and cents on his comission check. More
