New Tires For the most part I have never had any issues with Palmen in Racine. But this last visit I had I was extremely angry. I brought my 2015 jeep grand che For the most part I have never had any issues with Palmen in Racine. But this last visit I had I was extremely angry. I brought my 2015 jeep grand cherokee in for new tires. They completely the job on time. But, what I wasnt happy with was the fact that the technician didnt clean my rims or tires off after installing the tires on my rims. They came out with all the gunk from installing. Later in the day I wiped off the gunk only to reveal the scratches they left behind from installation. I took my jeep back the next day and spoke with Patti, who is the only person I love to go through, and she set it up for my rims to be refinished this week no charge. Quite frankly, Patti is the only reason I continue to go back. But the technicians really need to get it together. More
