Quality buying experience. Didn't give me the trade in value I wanted but didn't try and sell me dumb stuff at the end. Truck I bought was clean and in the condition presented. Had a 7:30 am oil change appointment. Didn't get out till 9:00 am. Was told they are busy with cars. That is why I made an appointment. I arrived 15min earlier and after 3 min, Patty asked me for my last name. After I answered, even not having anyone behind me, she told my Appointment was with Tim and that I should wait for him. Then I wai for my last name. After I answered, even not having anyone behind me, she told my Appointment was with Tim and that I should wait for him. Then I waited for about 10min for Tim (he was not delayed), 10min that I could have used to do another important thing if Patyy had stepped up and attended me.
