Service staff (woman) was kind. Even though I scheduled the appointment a week prior it took over an hour and a half for an oil change! When I got back in the truck, they never reset the oil life indicator the appointment a week prior it took over an hour and a half for an oil change! When I got back in the truck, they never reset the oil life indicator, not the end of the world, but it goes to show their attention to detail. The service conducted in replacing the engine was done in a very quick and excellent manner. Getting to the point where we agreed that replacement was necessary was painful. The consumption test lasted over a very quick and excellent manner. Getting to the point where we agreed that replacement was necessary was painful. The consumption test lasted over 1 yr. and then controversy over the warranty. In the end I appreciate where we ended up but the journey was not pleasant. I would be remiss in not mentioning that I now have a car which the transmission and engine have been replaced. Not a good look for Jeep More
